Life be more awake - Memorial Day

Image
The cycle of life...         When people are called to action, the moments are all weighted more definitely.           The soldiers who lost their lives spent each second of danger and the process of death,         I believe.          On that line of whether you live or die wakes the mind to everything.           Many who fell looked back on on their regrets and their  wins.           What sets the minds to these awareness various.

Selling A.I. Art is cruddy...

Image
Prompt colorful scumbag      Art from Midjourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, etc. has been in debate in recent times. These machine learning algorithms have studied art from well-known artists. Should they not be credited? People are selling A.I. art on sites like Etsy. Oh, it's nice to look at. The work has been created using a soulless algorithm. Folks who actually make artistic stuff have to compete with this crud. A.I. art can flood the market. People will pay attention to that art too. No doubt. Why pull at the strings of artistic integrity? That only solidifies the issues with using machine learning algorithms to make images because there will always be people who will take the least resistance and exploit stuff. Using A.I. for recreational, educational, or personal use is fine. Commercial use of A.I. is shady. At least transform it. Don't go to Craiyon.com, type a prompt for wood textures, and sell the images that the A.I. produces. Do people even want all th...

Not bad, Not Bad at all. - A.I.

Image
Victorian era, old photograph, hip hop woman with gold chains around neck      Artificial intelligence has upset a lot of people. Horrors and beauties not once made before The use of machine-based learning to make these pictures is up for debate. What has been rendered in the last few years varies. Deformed hands and messed-up lettering are things people mock AI for. For example, fair should be the word. Because the AI studied countless pictures with words in them, the AI would try to make pictures with words in them, but the words would be messed up, with rare instances where the AI got it right with short words. The machine-based learning was meant to study pictures, not words, but because the words are in those pictures, the AI would at times render pictures with words that don't exist. The lettering might even be messed up. Nonetheless, the feats of image mixing have made some outstanding art or imagery for those who see A.I. as a talentless artist that copies off the...

Art of Lying?

Image
I hold on to the note that what comes from the individual is genuine. Did anyone dispute the art of lying? It is weird, but that scummy practice of lying to make it work is an art. a dark art. Not all art is good or righteous. There is evil art in the world. So why the art of lying? It takes thinking and crafting like a painter or an architect. There is skill in organized deception. It can be broken down and examined. A person can find the author's purpose and try to connect to the bigger picture of life. Lying is wrong. It is an old sin that has been with humankind since the beginning of time. Why this species lies lies in the experience of life. Some do it to avoid consequences. Others try to bend situations to their will. While others might just want chaos, they just want to "troll." Humanity is a diverse spectrum of different types of people who need their own resolution. Lying is a weapon, and when applied to different media, it can hit different outp...

Darth Vader and G1 Decepticons

What ludicrous comparison is this? Really, there is a similarity.       Darth Vader was Anakin Skywalker. In the 1999 movie Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Anakin was a slave until the age of nine, when Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn bet for his freedom. Anakin's success in the pod race bought him freedom, though his mother, Shmi, remained a slave. Anakin promised to free his mother. At her death in Attack of the Clones, this was the ember that started the fire that was Darth Vader. His loss had an effect on his attachment to Padme Amidala. He grew more passionate about protecting her, and in his fear of losing her, he betrayed the Jedi for a false promise from Darth Sidious. At his defeat by his former master, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin, now Vader, was given cybernetics as life support. With the empire established, Vader would be the iron fist of Emperor Palpatine. Once, a person with little freedom was the enforcer of little freedom in the galax...

Music and it's power of Influence

Image
Music is a part of life. It has so much effect on the human experience. When engaged in the song, the listener can be at subjection to its ways. The theme, and the tone, have emotion of the kind. If one listens to a thrilling song, the state of the person might be changed, emotionally. The mind invites in the sound and fellowship with it. The influence of music can be most powerful. Sadly the subject matter of the song might be morally dubious. Mankind's shift is swift to its desires, more so than the respected principles that uphold humanity. Songs with wrongful messaging or subliminal style can harm. Music like visual art has been with mankind since the beginning. Those with the power of suggestions over the masses of that land can bend parts of society to his or her will. Pay off people who have the talent to sway the audience and form a culture of the promoted themes. Vigilance is important, so control influences would not take control of the mind, bu...

Soul cannot be captured by a machine

Image
Soul cannot be captured by a machine. What do I mean? It takes heart to make something. No matter the quality, it comes from the artist. A piece from the artist is what makes the art; it might be good or bad, but it is from that person. That person has a certain perspective, a certain view on life, a certain view on things, and sometimes even unconsciously, that artist injects his or her preferences and biases into what he or she is making. That cannot be replicated by a machine that only works in logic; it can interpret feelings, but it cannot inject feelings into the piece. A machine can never share apathy or empathy; it only understands data. So no machine can ever make something that syncs to a personal level. Now the viewer can connect with the art piece because the person is seeing it through their own perspective, but the machine does not have the intention of trying to connect to that person on an emotional level, so there is no soul being driven ...
